OUR PROCESSES

Regarding sheet metal components, the process include shearing, punching, bending, welding, finishing, painting, final assembly and dispatch.

Regarding electrical control panels and switch boards, the process includes general assembly of components as per bill of materials wiring and testing for functionality as per the drawings.

Incoming inspection of all raw materials and components, in process inspection at various stages, final inspection before dispatch and well defined layouts ensure high levels of efficiency, quality and defects-free output.

Aesthetics and house-keeping are our focus and core value throughout the process.

Design and Development

In order to meet the complex and intricate needs of the multinational customers, we make use of the software technology including solid works and sheet works & other specially designed sheet metal working software from Amada,Japan. The software technology enables us to deliver sheet metal components of any contours and also tryout any prototype products.

Regarding electrical control panel building our multinational customers provide the necessary design and drawing according to which the panels are built, assembled and tested for all parameters successfully before the customers prior to dispatch.

  • CNC Turret punching machines, 20 tonne capacity to punch upto 4mm Thk sheets.

  • NC bending machines,80 to 100 tonnes for 3 mtr long sheets.

  • Hydraulic shearing machine upto 6mm.

  • Microprocessor based spot welding. 5KVA

  • Capacitor discharge stud welding machines.

  • Radial drilling machines.
